Schools teach students what to know and what to do.
The I AM 4 Kids School Experience gives students practical language and tools to build confidence, resilience, leadership, belonging, and positive self-talk—and then practice those identities through their actions.
This is not another motivational speech students will forget.
It is an engaging, school-friendly identity-development experience designed to help students see themselves differently, show up differently, and make choices that reflect who they want to become.
BRING I AM 4 KIDS TO YOUR SCHOOL
Every day, students are forming beliefs about themselves:
Am I capable?
Does my voice matter?
What happens when I make a mistake?
Do I belong here?
Who am I becoming?
Academic instruction tells students what to learn. Behavior systems tell them what to do.
But students also need the language and opportunity to answer a deeper question:
I AM 4 Kids gives students language to decide who they are before the world defines them.
The I AM 4 Kids launch assembly creates energy, emotional connection, and a shared language that the entire school can use.
Students do not simply sit and watch.
They participate.
They reflect.
They laugh.
They respond.
And from the first call of “Be Great!” and the students’ answer of “I AM!”, they begin taking ownership of the way they see themselves.
But the assembly is only the beginning.
The experience continues through The I AM 4 Kids Identity System, powered by The I AM 4 Kids Blueprint.
Students identify the positive qualities, strengths, and identities they want to develop.
They examine limiting labels and replace them with language that supports growth, effort, confidence, and possibility.
Students connect their chosen identity to evidence, actions, reminders, and daily practices.
They express who they are becoming and learn how encouragement, accountability, and collaboration make everyone stronger.
Students put identity into action through their I AM 4 Kids Project—something meaningful that benefits at least one person beyond themselves.
I AM capable.
I AM resilient.
I AM a leader.
I AM someone whose voice matters.
I AM the kind of person who keeps practicing.
I AM learning from this.
I AM becoming more confident in who I am.
These are not slogans students repeat and forget.
They are identities students learn to support with choices, effort, evidence, and action.
Because when students change the words that follow I AM, they can begin changing the way they approach challenges, relationships, learning, and life.
The program is organized around five connected moments.
School leaders and staff receive the guidance needed to prepare students, communicate with families, and create a strong beginning.
The experience begins through a live I AM 4 Kids assembly led by founder Mark Papadas or through a complete school-led launch experience.
Educators guide students through ready-to-use lessons, conversations, activities, reflections, and classroom resources.
Students share their growth, recognize one another, complete their I AM 4 Kids Projects, and experience what it feels like to live the identities they have chosen.
Schools use student reflections, participation evidence, educator feedback, and implementation tools to understand what students experienced and identify opportunities to continue the work.
The I AM 4 Kids School Experience is designed to be meaningful for students and manageable for educators.
Schools receive:
No extensive staff training is required.
The experience can be delivered through classroom lessons, advisory periods, morning meetings, leadership programs, counselor-led groups, character initiatives, or as structured follow-through after the launch assembly.
Students develop healthier language for describing themselves, their abilities, and their potential.
Students learn to treat mistakes and setbacks as information—not identity.
Students recognize that every person is developing an identity and that their words can strengthen or diminish others.
Students connect leadership with everyday choices, responsibility, service, and the effect they have on the people around them.
Students are given a meaningful opportunity to define, express, and take ownership of who they are becoming.
Educators and students gain a shared identity language that can extend beyond the initial program.
I AM 4 Kids has already reached more than 6,000 students across 37 schools.
From individual classrooms to schoolwide assemblies, students have responded to an experience that does more than tell them to make better choices.
It helps them understand the kind of person they want to become—and gives them a process for practicing it.

START A SCHOOL EXPERIENCE CONVERSATION
Mark Papadas created I AM 4 Kids to address a lesson too many children are left to learn by accident: who they believe they are.
His live school experiences combine storytelling, humor, participation, practical identity language, and moments students remember long after the assembly ends.
Mark does not simply tell students to believe in themselves.
He helps them identify what they want to believe, gives them language to express it, and introduces a process for turning those words into action.
Students are not treated like an audience.
They become part of the experience.

Submitting the form does not commit your school to a program. It simply gives us the information needed to understand your school and discuss the best possible launch.
No. The assembly is designed to launch the experience, create emotional engagement, and establish a shared language.
The classroom lessons, student materials, identity practices, family connection, and each student’s I AM 4 Kids Project help students continue applying what they experienced.
Schools may also purchase the Program Only option and conduct the launch internally.
The current school experience is designed primarily for students ages 7–12, when children are actively forming beliefs about their abilities, belonging, value, and potential.
Implementation can be adapted to fit the developmental needs and schedule of the participating school.
No extensive training is required.
Educators receive clear facilitation guidance, ready-to-use materials, suggested language, activities, and implementation resources.
Schools selecting the Live Launch Day also receive an educator and staff orientation led by Mark Papadas.
Schools can use the materials as:
The school can select the delivery format that best fits its schedule and students.
The experience supports commonly recognized social-emotional competencies, including self-awareness, self-management, relationships, responsible decision-making, empathy, and resilience.
However, I AM 4 Kids is not designed as another generic SEL curriculum.
Its specific focus is identity development: helping students intentionally choose, practice, and live healthier beliefs about who they are.
It is an educational and developmental experience, not a clinical or therapeutic program.
Students are encouraged to continue using the identity language, classroom rituals, reflection tools, and recognition practices introduced during the program.
They also bring their chosen identity into the real world through their I AM 4 Kids Project, which must be safe, appropriate, and benefit at least one other person.
The goal is not simply to complete a workbook.
The goal is to help students live what they have declared.
